The Sneem International Storytelling & Folklore Festival, running since 2012, brings four days of stories, music, craic and folklore to the village, centred on the Sneem Hotel. Storytellers share the bill with lectures, plays and musicians: the Loft Session, adult story swaps, the pub storytelling club, family sessions, and the South Kerry Rosen Choir in St Michael's Church. Weekend tickets are €75.
